Questions

The things people ask before they text.

If your question is not here, put it in the notes on the quote form. Or call.

Do you come to my house?
Yes. Most of our book is mobile — driveways, office lots, and condo garages across Metro Detroit. If a space is too tight or has no water plan, we will say so before we take a deposit.
How far do you travel?
Detroit, Grosse Pointe, Dearborn, Ferndale, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Troy, Bloomfield, Livonia, Plymouth, Northville, Canton, Rochester, and Ann Arbor on set days. Farther is possible if we can stack the route.
How soon can I get in?
Most details are same-week. Ceramic and correction are often 1–2 weeks out in the fall. Text us if you have a hard date — sales, weddings, drop-offs.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the car, a hose if you have one, and a note about the dog. We text when we arrive and when we leave.
What does a ceramic coating actually include?
Wash, chemical decon, clay, inspection, the polish the paint needs, then the coating. The warranty is written. A spray-on “ceramic wash” is a different product and we will not call it a coating.
Will you detail a filthy daily driver?
That is most of the work. We do not need the car to be “pretty close.” We need honest notes about pet hair, smoke, and stains so the quote is real.
Do you work in winter?
Yes. Interiors all season. Exteriors when temperature and space allow — attached garages help. Coatings in winter need a controlled environment; we will tell you if your site qualifies.
How do I pay?
Card or invoice. Coatings take a deposit. Fleet accounts get terms after the first job.

Book the car, not a drop-off

Tell us the car. We send a number.

Same-week windows most months. Coatings take a little longer in the fall — that is the honest version.
